Ingredients

  • 280g linguine
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Steps

  1. Boil linguine till pasta is al dente.
  2. Cut the bacon in small pieces and add on a cooking pan under medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together well the sour cream and the egg.
  4. Add black pepper. Add the pasta.
  5. Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes and add the egg-cream mix.
  6. Turn off the heat, stir well a few more times, remove from the stove, and immediately serve.
